Weight Loss

Now I know this is a club blog but I feel it should be a general info blog as well. A forum of man knowledge and knowery. Lets move foward to getting to know Sexican better. I have basically fought a weight issue most of my life. My number one enemy is POP. It started with Coke, then Diet Coke, and now the Dr. Its 23 flavors call my name in the wee hours of the night.....BLAAAIIINNEEE, I know you want me! And I do. Like a nice bit of lovin with cuddle time after. And then a shit load of acid reflux, AWESOME.

So, Im a yo-yo dieter. Im 190 lbs. today at my gym weigh in. I had no pop today and only ate when I was hungry, instead of the comfort food all day long. My goal is to be about 150-155 lbs by April 15th. Why that date? Its the next time I have to see all the people that my wife works with at the tax season party. I have lost this kind of weight several times but fall off the wagon after I loose it. Im going to try not to do that this time. I say that every time but its like a bike, if you fall off get back on.

The point of my blog is that no matter what your situation is, health is important. You can't ride your bike if you're dead. Not because of a wreck but weight. I want to look like a tuff motherfucker next season on my bike and personally that begins with droping some lbs. So, here is a challenge if you're up to it. Hit your home gym or the "Y" and see what you can do for yourself between today and April 15. Its a personal challenge, not even one you have to advertise but I'd like all of you to have a long life on earth.

Oh yeah, and if you see me trying to order a pop I hope you call me out!Blaine.

December ride

Having a sidecar rig makes it nice to try and ride every month. In 2010 I rode at least once every month. Beat the storm by about 15 minutes this time. On this short ride the slush was shooting up and hitting the sidecar body and soaking my leg. Short ride. But fun.

Eric's Shirt

Hey~
Well some of you may remember as I do after seeing Banka's pictures that Eric went all out this weekend. I gave him alot of shit over his shirt. As did many of you. So Eric, you took it like a REAL MAN and I promise not to bag on you anymore. Untill the next time you wear that shirt. All jokes aside I thought matching the belt with the Doc's was a nice touch. And I bet you didn't go home alone.
Blaine.

X-Mas party pics!

Had a great time. Nice turnout, great gifts, great friends. Thanks to Mike for taking these pictures. Happy Holidays to all. C.B.

Christmas Party!

All right boys. No getting lost...we all know how to mapquest. Saturday the 18th, 6:00, potluck, gag gift, your choice of drug. 9005 North Mountain View Lane 99218. North on Wall, left on Price just after crossing Country Homes Blvd, right on Mountain View, third house on the left. It's gonna be a good time.

Santa Claus came to town!

A few of us met Santa Claus last night at the Brown Derby. This was the real thing. Matt and I both saw his passport and his name indeed is Santa Claus. Think he might have been steppin out on the Mrs.'s cause the gal he was with wasn't who you would think she would be. Any ways, here is a pic of Matt and the infamous Santa Claus.
Sorry P-Rick, I didnt get any other pics besides this one last night. but it was a memorable night. Let's see........ we saw a group of about 6, full on lesbians get into a Dodge Intrepid, 4 in the car and 2 in the trunk (no shit). Noel gave P-Rick the knife off of the Crockadile Dundee movie, you no the one where Mick Dundee say's " That's not a knoife, this is a knoife". Ya , I swear it was that big! and what a stunning sight to see. Then Jim gave P-Rick a cake and as P-Rick started to cut into the cake with said "knoife", thats when we notice the cake was actually a half rack of Session in it's cardboard box that Jim had a gal frost (she did a great job on that by the way jim). then ended the night by going up to the Swingin Doors for some breakfast. I had a great time last night. Happy b-day to you P-Rick on the 16Th! Tommy Two Tone!

Winter isn't so bad

Ya, I miss ridin my scooters & drivin my truck, but God Damn I love it when people crash! That's how I make my money, son!!! Hmmm, things i love..... Bald tires, wet, slick, icy, snow covered roads, bad drivers, young drivers (preferably in their first year of having their license), road construction, backed up freeways, deer, people who leave their keys in unattended cars (running or not), people who like to park in tight parking lots, so on and so forth. you wouldn't believe what the outlawing of cell phone usage while driving did to the collision industry. i think it's stupid that people aern't allowed to text & drive at the same time. obviously the polititians who made that rule had no sense of humor. Well I do!

Summer!!

Here is another element of summer that is missed.

Just random

Have figured out how to do the multiple authors set up. Members call me and I will let you know how. Added a profile pic too, so my posts are easy to spot. Also had fun up at Rats Ass Speed Chop last night. Happy b day to Al.

What have I done!!!!!!!

Here are the beginings of a winter project on stereroids. It always starts off with the saying, I am just going to? Yeah right! Why can't you just leave things alone I ask myself, It was perfectly fine the way that it was. Here are a few pics for evidence. Big B.

Now there a few more things that happend in between these pics, I just couldn't stop to take some pictures.
That frontend was a bitch to get off, if anyone has a springer laying around that they don't need let me know.
Just kidding, we will see what santa brings this year for christmas, I know I asked for some new milk bags,
those are top on the list, I will see if there is any money left after that.

Gang Names

Ok, I want to know whats going on here. How did I get "Bald Blaine"? I have got to deal with FOE, Burnout Bryce, Big B, Tommy Two Tone, Little Chris, Eric"let me hit on girls im wasted" Aune...ckeck spelling, and Balls Deep Al, oh wait thats a personal nickname. Noel is cool plus he's foreign so no name required and so forth.

Ben Ashton said I could be Sexican...I'm white but it sounds good! I don't know if I can get my wife to refer to me as Sexican but its got CLASS. Or I could be "Handsome Blaine"! Actually that would only sound good if I were gay so that won't work...I'll just be....Blaine.

Happy Birthday Al. The youngest looking 50 year old I know!

Ok, I have to come clean...I wanted Sexican but Ben wants to call me Shapoopie! I know its funny but way less tuff that Sexican. Besides Jeremy wants to be "Bald Jeremy"! Ask him he WILL agree.

another oldie.

FOE and I about to get in the wind in 2004 while i was on leave form iraq. one of the best memories of my life. thanks for helping get back in to my element for a few hours bob!

a few from the past

ive always been a nerd for the jap stuff, mostly because its usually cheap, and always plentiful. the honda was built before i went to iraq on no budget as you can tell. it was my first foray in to making some thing my own. t-shirt seat cover on a a pan with styrofoam padding from a army issue sleeping mat. cut pipes in the driveway. thing sounded like a bi-plane, and ran like doo-doo. the v-star was done on a little more of a budget. red oxide primer, freeway lights, shaved down the seat foam, and recovered it with flannel i bought from wal-mart. lowered it down with a rigid kit from a shadow.  it was so low i couldnt put my strut bolts back in, so it just kinda floated there. luckily it bolted to the subframe. i took it up to a biker build off/ RUB convention in honolulu when i lived there. some guy asked me why i wasted my time messing around with 'jap shit' (which was funny, found out later his last name was arakawa). i told him i was a motorcycle enthusiast, and didnt have a lot of money, so i rode whatever i could get my hands on (something i learned from FOE bob). the best thing about it was i passed him on the freeway on the way home. his 60 thousand dollar hot match built bike was in the back of his truck. i showed him the business finger of my clutch hand as i rode by. cheers, Burnout Bryce

Big B has real estate!

I always have room for another bike, the 71 is going on the bench today. So if you need a place for your bike give me a buzz.
