Rims for the build

One of the issues I was having was I've got these great rims, that are ruff! Well I wanted to go all black on these. Others thought I should polish them. I was unable to save anything past the shoulder so I did some of both. These will be wrapped with Coker Diamond tread tires when I'm done. Hope you like them, I spent alot of time on them.

Another photo

You can see that althought I wanted expensive bars, tank and so on that I have made concessions in the spirit of spending big money on Dr. Pepper. This is the direction, you have been notified.

Moving along at an ok pace

Well I've been busy working on my frame over at Utleys Garage. He has been nice enough to loan tools and space and for that I am greatful. I have finished the basics for the seat pan so It will go to Jimmy to upolster, and thank you. I have ground alot off the frame so far, not perfect but I dont care. I did alot of stuff like powder coating and what not before and I am skipping that this time. I will use the marine grade paint that Jeremy has used on his build. Also I want to thank Tom for coming with some parts I need as well, thank you. So, here are some pictures.
Just started polishing cases. And thats a seat/fender mock up. Will be bobbing fender but thats another day. See you all on Thursday if we make it.

Everyone has been busy and lazy lately.  How about Drinkery on Thursday and figure out what next. Summer is winding down and winter projects are piling up. Some of my summer projects are now winter ones. I will get some photos of the newest bike and put them up in a day or two. As you all know by now, Kory, Al & I are XS 650 builders, but recently we have dicovered something that we feel is going to revolutionalize the motorcycle industry. We feel this is going to be the new trend for all that is "COOL"! Forget your Softails, your Panheads, Knuckleheads, Sportsters, Choppers, Bobbers, Trykes, Mopeds, Scooters, Vespa's, Baggers and Sidecars. This, my friends, is where it's is at! YEP! You guessed it. Adventure motorcycling! The Opprutunity's are endless. The world will be able to go anywhere on these Epic machines! Now, keep in mind, this particular modle is our prototype, but you can easily see the direction we are headed in. let's talk about the equipment on these muscle machines. First, we will start in the front. Yes that is the latest in "state of the art" in moto-audio equipment from Bose Audio. Next we offer an impact resistant face shield. Down low on the side we offer the latest in light wieght snow shovels. We offer mounting hardware for an axe or hatchet for those who are feeling burley enough to go out and chop down a well deserving Pine tree. We offer the latest & greatest in headwear (safety first)! We offer "the best that money can buy" fuel and oil containers (oil & fuel not included). Then on to our world famous hand made rigid saddle bags & last but not least, a sweet ass old school type lawn chair for sitting and lookin at your most awesome new purchase. Know this - once you start riding one of the machines, no one will pass judgement upon you because you will indeed be the coolest guy on the road. Whats to judge, right?

Please contact us via email or texting to place your order for our Adventure motorcycle. Prices depend on the options you choose. ( $10,000 for modle shown in thses picture). Please hurry, availability for 2011 modles are limited. email address : http://www.aintitcool.youbetchya.com/

Broke Down

Evil K fixin the damage to my rear brake assembly. Lost a bolt, on the highway, that keeps the rear drum from spinning when the brakes are applied. And then it happened, Yep, I applied the rear brake and...................

Pow! The rear brake grabbed and spun the rear brake linkage around the rear axel not once but twice! That is round tubing wrapped around the rear axel spacer, TWICE! No one was hurt and sustained minimal damage to the XS. Should be back on the road for this Thursday. Thanks Evil K for the help, Muchos Grassy ass my friend.

Sunday Ride

In the shade at Spangle. Having a bite of ice cream........yea, we be HARDCORE.
The few, the proud. The only ones that made the ride. Tommy went out with a bent shaft........................
Stopped at a Historical marker. For a little history lesson. Note the white haired guy in the background checking the water table.
The 46 Knuck ran just great. We had a  little airborne incident outside Cheney, no damage. A close call with a dumb son of a bitch on our side of the road on a blind corner.............we all single digit waved to him. Good day, wish more of you could have made it. Also, seems a few people want some shirts again, so we need to contact D bird about that and get our shirts to them. Call me if you are wanting something.
